Thrive (not strive) is a transformation program for woman who are sick & tired of NOT feeling good in themselves or their health. Who don't like what they see in the mirror, who are struggling & striving their way through life. My Coaching program focuses on changing thoughts, beliefs and behaviors that, without you even realising it, are holding you back from being able to make changes that can transform how you feel in yourself, your health and how you live your life - now and in the future by understanding and listening to your brain and your gut.
This isn't just about making changes and working on your mindset, its about TRANSFORMING completely inside & out
There is an A.R.T to transformation and it begins with
STEP BY STEP SIMPLICITY
By going through the 3 R's you get to see where you are & where you would like to be.
The Four S s
Stories, Stress, Sleep & Self care are what you then look at to help you be aware of what is going on for you in all theses areas.
You can then implement the R in art which is responsibility for making changes and I make this really easy for you with the 6 ENERGY principles & the 6 THRIVE principles
By following principles not a set program you can design your own personal plan of transformation that will fit with your life.
Along the way I show you how implementing the 3 B's in real time allows you to make these changes simple and fun!
I designed this program first & foremost to help myself start 'living' instead of existing and feeling like I wanted to cry every single day!
I wanted to feel in love with my body & not in 'hate' with what I saw being reflected back in the mirror.
I needed to feel I had energy & vitality for living, instead of wanting to pull the duvet back over my head and wishing I was Dead
I gave myself permission to try things out and for them NOT to work exactly as I expected...
I gave myself permission to NOT be perfect!
I took my time and started to really understand how MY body functioned, and I invite you to do exactly the same should you wish to work with me.
Nothing crazy, nothing dramatic, but consistent daily 'stuff' that weeks later had me feeling and looking like a new happier, more confident and optimistic version of me than ever before.
